Know Before You Go: Reggae Rise Up Rules – What’s Allowed In (and What’s Not).
Make sure you know what is—and isn’t—allowed at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center (DLVEC).
There are a few restrictions on bags, chairs (not allowed at all – no pop up stools), and more. (No promises, but sometimes they lax on these restrictions after the first day.)
Read the official Reggae Rise Up – Vegas event rules here
Re–entry is allowed one-time provided you have a GA+ ticket or higher (does not apply to regular GA tix).
You are also allowed to bring in 1 unopened bottle of water each time you enter – take advantage of this and refill with re-entry. Last year, no water refill stations.
There are lockers available to rent for the day or for the weekend. where you can store your hoodie, festival merch and get a charge on your phone. Here’s the link:

My Reggae Rise Up – Vegas Packing List
Here’s a few shots of what I wore last year, I plan on dressing basically the same as it’s going to be very hot. I recommend a cargo skirt or short for the pockets! It stayed warm last year so we didn’t need to change clothes at night. We did store hoodies in our locker, just in case.
Hack Alert: Notice my pashmina, aka ground cover! Also, my misting water bottle (see links below).

This rasta dress I bought from the Vendor Village at Rise Up Vegas in 2023.
Here’s what else is coming with me:
