BayfestSD 2025 Is Almost Here — Are You Ready?
The countdown is on — BayfestSD (aka Mission Bayfest) lands this Friday, October 17, and we couldn’t be more hyped.
This San Diego waterfront festival blends reggae, alt-rock, surf vibes, and sunshine into three epic days on the bay. Whether you’re rolling in from PB or road-tripping down the coast, Bayfest is the ultimate SoCal vibe check.
So grab your crew, dust off your beach blanket, and let’s dive into everything you need to know before gates open.

Pink Bears Festival Tips
Because we’ve been around the pit a few times
- Arrive early. Parking fills fast and close-up spots go first.
- Hydrate before you dehydrate. Bring that refillable bottle.
- Snack smart. Vendors are awesome but pricey — toss in a protein bar.
- Charge everything. Keep a backup charger handy.
- Sun first, hoodie later. Evenings cool off quick on the bay.
- Capture moments, not just selfies. You’ll thank yourself later.
- Spread the love. Share a smile, or your joint with a stranger. That’s the Bayfest way.
- Remember your etiquette! Don’t push, or barge your way in. You want a close spot? Arrive early. No talking during performances. Respect the artists, respect the venue, respect the staff, and respect the vibe.
Pro Tip: Bayfest is cashless, so make sure your phone’s charged and ready for mobile payments.
